    Ordered a cup of coffee with two cream and two sugar and a bagel. Got: a cup of black coffee? Had to ask for the bagel twice? Spent about ten minutes waiting for the order? To the Owner: Do you call this good service? It certainly ruined my morning coffee break! I feel that you and your workers can show better appreciation for the business I bring to your store every day! Thank you.
